Chicken Charlie

One of the things I support are local businesses, I mean we Filipinos should be more enthusiastic in patronizing our own products more than those of the foreign's and so when I was invited to try Chicken Charlie last week I automatically said yes.

Chicken Charlie was established in 2010 with their pioneer branch in Quezon City and now has grown to 17 branches nationwide, yes, they are the first to introduce the Korean style double-fried chicken in the country.

a snapshot of the place with the invited media and bloggers for the event.

These are the prices of the meals that you can surely enjoy from them:

As you can see, the prices are very much affordable.

This is Mr. Ifore Yu, the owner of Chicken Charlie.
By the way, its name is coined after his father.

This is the sample size of the Charlie's Bowl, I say it's very sufficient if you just want to have a quick dine.

This is the specialty of the house that you must try!

Although they are very popular for their double-fried chicken, they also have this very delicious Chicken Burger that is just as flavorful and satisfying.

This one is my favorite! The Cheese dynamite! I just love that cheesy goodness matched with the zing spice of pepper.

To conclude our lunch, they served us three flavors of Charlie's pops: Green Apple, Mango Orange and Chocolate Oreo.

The event was also sponsored by Bayani Brew, a tea based beverage that is not only refreshing but also a local product!

Thank you Chicken Charlie for the GC's! I will be giving some away to my readers and followers.
Any readers of Right on the Verge near Alabang would like to try 'em out? just tweet me at: @VergilChua and I'll give you 200.00 php GC's. I only have limited GC's so tweet now! :)

Chicken Charlie is celebrating their 3rd Anniversary!
They are constantly giving away prizes on their facebook and twitter pages and on the 2oth of April they will be having a 10php per wing promo! You do not want to miss this out!

In line also with their Anniversary, they would like to invite everyone to volunteer with them as they give time to entertain and give food to the kids from The Center of Health Improvement and Child Development or CHILD HAUS.

CHILD HAUS is a temporary shelter for indigent patients from the different provinces who have cancer or other dreaded diseases and have no place to stay in Metro Manila while undergoing medical evaluation or treatment. It provides free room and board to its residents.

My thanks to Mr. Jonver David for inviting me in this event.
